About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Diamond Trade Executive to join our core trading team in Surat. You will manage relationships with European B2B buyers, oversee stone selection for client orders, and contribute to the growth of our export business. This is a senior role with direct exposure to our most valuable client relationships and inventory decisions.

As a GIA Graduate Gemologist, you will be responsible for the independent assessment, grading verification, and documentation of natural polished diamonds entering our inventory. Your eye for detail and precision directly impacts the confidence our clients place in every stone we supply.

About the Role
Based in our Antwerp office, you will be the primary point of contact for European diamond dealers and jewellery manufacturers. You will manage ongoing client relationships, facilitate stone viewings, handle B2B enquiries, and work closely with the Surat trading team to ensure seamless fulfilment of European orders. Fluency in French or Dutch alongside English is strongly preferred.

About the Role
Our compliance function is critical to our reputation and our legal obligations as a KP certified diamond trader. You will manage all Kimberley Process documentation, export/import compliance across multiple jurisdictions, GDPR data handling protocols for European buyer records, and coordinate with our European office on regulatory matters.
