How do I verify a stone is genuinely natural and not lab-grown?
All stones in our inventory are independently graded by GIA, IGI, or HRD — each of which tests for natural versus synthetic origin as a standard part of their grading process. Our reports explicitly state "Natural Diamond" and every stone is screened using FTIR and DiamondView technology before submission to the laboratory.
Can I view stones in person before purchasing?
Yes. Trade partners are welcome to view stones at our offices in Surat, Antwerp, and Dubai by appointment. For remote buyers, we provide HD photography, 360° video, and H&A imagery on every stone above 0.50ct. We also offer virtual viewings via video call for high-value purchases.
What is your minimum order quantity or value?
There is no minimum order quantity for verified trade accounts. Single stone purchases are welcome. For melee and calibrated diamonds, we recommend minimum parcel sizes for cost efficiency — our team will advise based on your specific requirements during the account setup process.
Do you supply rough diamonds to cutting houses?
Yes. We allocate rough from our mine direct parcels to certified cutting and polishing facilities on a tender and direct allocation basis. Cutting houses must hold current RJC certification and pass our supply chain due diligence review. Contact our rough desk to begin the qualification process.
How does your pricing compare to the Rapaport Price List?
Our pricing is negotiated directly with mining and cutting partners, allowing us to offer competitive discounts to Rap for most commercial grades. Can you source fancy colour diamonds to specification?
Absolutely. Fancy colour diamonds are among our most requested bespoke items. We source directly from Argyle legacy holders for pinks, specialist Indian and Israeli dealers for yellows, and through international tender access for blues and greens. GIA fancy colour grading is standard on all coloured stones we supply.
