MOLDING

Molding is a vital part of jewellery manufacturing. SAVANI GEMS is ready to deliver the best results using the best materials. Creating jewellery molds involves creating a model out of metal, wax or clay. The model is then covered with the mold material, such as silicone or rubber, and is then cured. Metal master models of silver, copper or brass can be molded in any mold material

The material used to make the mold depends on the items. For a series of identical pieces or simple things like plain bands, bracelets and simple chains, these molds can be used time and again. Rubber molds are renowned for their exceptional strength, offering high tear and tensile strength. These molds are built to last, making them highly reusable and extremely durable. These rubber molds have been the industry standard for decades

If you want a large number of the same item, we recommend more than one mold be prepared with the same master. These molds are lined up and injected sequentially so that they will all be the same
